Since 1904 Assiniboine Park has been serving the city as a year-round destination, with acres of forest, gardens, and plenty of green space that is ripe for getting active! From spring to fall, fitness trails, bike paths, and fields that can be utilized for ultimate, soccer, and more. Assiniboine Park’s fields are also the host venue for the Manitoba Cricket Association, who have three pitches within the park. In winter, you can skate, cross-country ski and toboggan at sites throughout the park.
